Welcome to my new column, “Let’s Talk Real Estate”. Throughout the year, I will cover many interesting topics on buying, selling and financing real estate in the Greater Princeton Area.
If you are buying a home (planting), I hope you will enjoy ideas I’ll share on stretching your buying dollar or how to locate a property that fits your lifestyle. Issues that affect moving up, scaling down or remodeling will be of interest to you if you’re thinking about making a change (blooming). Perhaps you will be selling (growing). For you there will be columns focused on the improvements to make before your home is listed. I’ll also write about the variety of considerations you’ll face when comparing buyers and selecting offers.
