It is fair to say that we wouldn’t be in the house that we now live in without the excellent and expert services of Beatrice Bloom. After a few months of exploring the market with her, she showed us the perfect house in Princeton, on day one of it hitting the market. We put in an offer the next day. The day after, a higher, cash, offer came in…. but to make a long story short, we were able to purchase the house at our original offer price, which was below the asking price… thanks to Beatrice working effectively with our mortgage provider, the appraiser, the sellers, and everyone else involved. Everything after that went as smoothly as in those first few days. Couldn’t have wished a better realtor for ourselves. I would say “would do business with her again” but perhaps we’ll never have to move again!

Princeton is not a typical real estate market for New Jersey – it’s a big town by size yet has regional/national/global name recognition. There are different market dynamics than in other towns you are researching, trust me. You need someone who understands the demand for such a unique place, and from my experience, Beatrice is that person.
She knows properties and neighborhoods well enough to speak with experience. For me, she knew the neighborhoods I was looking at so well that she could compare the features in the ones I looked at with others sold in recent history.
She was a great partner and advocate. She was always available for counsel but never made decisions for me. From the first day when we sat down for an hour and talked about what I’m looking for, to closing day when she went back after the walkthrough to make sure the seller addressed an issue, Beatrice was engaged literally from the first day to the last day.
She was also proactive on my behalf. In one area where I wanted to buy, she heard an owner was going to rent and contacted the renting agent to see if they would be willing to sell. This was not prompted by me. Further, as I was in negotiations in the place I eventually bought, another home came available down the street and offered to show it to me for comparison.
I have a new, high expectation for what a buyer’s agent can do for you thanks to Beatrice. I recommend you choose her to do the same for you.
