If you want your home to be able to compete, you have to make sure your listing is designed to grab a buyer’s attention and provide all the essential information that can help them identify your home as a “must-see” property. Here are three tips to help your listing get noticed:
– Use bullet points. Bullet points make it easy to identify important features of your home so busy buyers can scan your ad quickly and determine if your home is a good fit for their needs.
– Know your competition. By knowing what other homes are for sale in your neighborhood, you can be sure to highlight the features that set your home apart from – and above – the rest. Identify the key features that make your home and list them first.
– Keep it brief and rely on the experts. Most buyers look at lots of listings, so keep yours short and to the point. Your agent knows lots of tips to create a great listing. Provide them with the essential information, and you should be good to go.
